We will discuss the reasons businesses choose Tennessee and the state’s commitment to strengthening our nuclear economy in collaboration with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, one of our strongest environmental stewards. TDEC will provide an overview of their permitting processes, offer guidance for achieving approvals, and share information on public participation and assistance for new industries, particularly those involving nuclear‑related supply.
