Andrew Knapp, P.E., is the Director of Bulk Material Handling at Hargrove Engineers & Constructors, where he leads a multi-disciplinary team delivering conveyor and terminal solutions for complex industrial facilities. With 30 years of experience spanning EPC project execution, equipment manufacturing, and owner support, he brings deep expertise in the design and delivery of bulk material handling systems—including belt and screw conveying, transfer and chute design, dust control, reclaim and ship loading systems, and commissioning/start-up. Andrew provides technical leadership and project management oversight from concept development through construction, partnering closely with clients to deliver safe, practical, and cost-effective solutions on schedule. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Alaska and holds MSHA Part 46 & 48 training certifications.
