Elifsu Gencer is a Technical Sales Engineer at Koch-Glitsch, supporting mass transfer and separation applications across the chemical, refining, petrochemical, and gas processing industries. Since joining Koch-Glitsch in 2022, she has supported greenfield and revamp tower projects, with experience spanning distillation trays, structured and random packing, and associated distributors and collectors, as well as phase separation technologies. In her current role, Elifsu partners directly with customers to translate process objectives into tower internals selections that balance capacity, efficiency, operating range, and reliability. Elifsu holds degrees in chemistry and chemical engineering.
