The conference theme of “Resiliency” was selected by manufacturing leaders based on their two year outlook on the market. Recognizing the challenges ahead, they identified resiliency, in all its forms, as essential to meeting the industry’s future demands. To support this focus, the following three TED style presentations are offered. Each talk is 15 minutes. The topics move from global, to organizational, to career. We call it “Resiliency@Work”.
