EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

You will be asked to select your company name and booth size below. Company names can only be selected once, so please make sure to register your entire booth personnel all at once. ONLY REGISTER THE STAFF WHO WILL BE ATTENDING. You can add to your booth personnel on the "Additional People" page of the registration process.

If you complete the registration process prior to adding the entire group, you will need to log back in to the existing registration to add additional booth staff.

Each exhibitor is allotted (2) exhibitor booth staff passes per 100 sq ft of booth space.
Additional exhibitor booth staff passes may be purchased for $125 each.

If you DO NOT see your company listed in the drop down menu and you have not signed a contract for booth space, please contact Jon Jezo via email at jjezo@endeavorb2b.com or via phone at (920)568-8337.

By registering and attending the eChem Expo 2026, you acknowledge and accept Endeavor Business Media’s Code of Conduct and Event Terms & Conditions.

Payment Information & Cancellation Policy

Payment must be received prior to the conference. If payment is not received by the conference date, the registration fee must be guaranteed on charge card until proof of payment is provided. Make check payable to Endeavor Business Media/eCHEM26.

Cancellation:

All cancellations must be received in writing to registration@endeavorb2b.com by January 30, 2026, for consideration of a refund. Please note that a 50% cancellation fee will apply to all refunds. Unfortunately, no refunds will be granted after January 30, 2026.

Substitutions can be made at any time in writing.
