Eddie Page: The indirect Materials Procurement organization at Eastman recognized
several years ago that electronic commerce and specifically eProcurement was a way to
reduce cycle times, costs and inventory, eliminate handoffs, and free up procurement
resources to work on more strategic activities. Page's presentation will provide the
background behind Eastmans implementation of an eProcurement solution as well as the
